Dave Gutosky

Production Manager

David Gutosky joined Iowa Steel Masters in 2017, and brought with him 25 years of manufacturing experience. In those 25 years, Dave was involved in many facets of manufacturing including scheduling, inventory, supply chain, shipping, and safety. As a process technician and continuous improvement manager Dave helped implement lean manufacturing and value stream mapping at Delta Sports Products, LLC. As a senior manager at Delta, Dave also took part in budgeting and sales forecasting. He attended Franklin Covey leadership courses and studied Six Sigma methodology. Dave has spent over 50 years in small town Iowa. Dave and his wife have three adult children and two grandchildren.
