Melissa Livingood

Office Manager

Melissa Livingood was born and raised on a farm near Ackley, Iowa. She worked for 17 years at Waterloo Industries (WI), a tool box manufacturer. During her time at WI, she was a Customer Compliance Manager, Production Planner and Buyer. She worked closely with manufacturing and sales to plan production for three manufacturing facilities in the United States. Melissa enjoys being a part of the Iowa Steel Masters team because of the fast-paced work and interesting customers.

Melissa is married to Mark Livingood and they have two children.
